  • Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos/videos of:

  • The outer package

  • The damaged or incorrect product

  • Shipping label for verification

  • Requests raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for return/refund.

3. Refund Options

  • If your request is approved, you can choose from:

  • Replacement: A fresh product will be shipped at no additional cost.

  • Refund: A full refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • The product is used, opened, or partially consumed.

  • The wrong shipping address or contact details were provided by the customer.

  • Complaints raised without supporting proof (photos/videos).

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing, provided the order is not yet packed or shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

  • In case of a prepaid cancellation, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
