We want your experience of buying spices online to be smooth, transparent, and worry-free. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your favorite spices like cumin seeds.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is successfully completed.

  • Processing usually takes 1–2 business days for in-stock items.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India through our verified delivery partners.

  • International shipping is not available at this stage, but we are working towards expanding soon.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time: 5–10 working days (depending on your location).

  • Metro cities may experience earlier delivery, while remote areas may take longer.

  • Unforeseen delays (bad weather, strikes, courier issues) may affect delivery, but we will keep you informed.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is offered on orders above a set threshold.

  • Orders below this threshold may attract a nominal delivery fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • No hidden charges—what you see at checkout is what you pay.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp, enabling you to follow your package until it arrives.

  • If you face issues with tracking, our customer support team will assist you promptly.

6. Packaging Care

  • Spices are packed in airtight, food-safe, and tamper-proof packaging to maintain freshness.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners usually make up to 1 attempts for delivery.

  • If no one is available to receive the package, the order may be marked as undeliverable and returned to us.

  • Customers can request redelivery (extra charges may apply).

8. Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct address with landmark and contact number.

  • We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

9. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your order is delayed beyond standard timelines, please contact us so we can escalate with the courier partner.

  • If a package is marked lost by the courier, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method.

10. Damaged Deliveries

  • If your package arrives damaged or tampered with:

  • Take photos of the package immediately.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the photographs.

  • Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged swiftly.

11. Non-Serviceable Areas

  • If your pin code is not serviceable, our system will notify you at checkout.

  • Customers from such areas can contact us for alternative arrangements, if possible.
