We currently ship across India through our verified delivery partners.

International shipping is not available at this stage, but we are working towards expanding soon.

Metro cities may experience earlier delivery, while remote areas may take longer.

Unforeseen delays (bad weather, strikes, courier issues) may affect delivery, but we will keep you informed.

Orders below this threshold may attract a nominal delivery fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make up to 1 attempts for delivery.

If no one is available to receive the package, the order may be marked as undeliverable and returned to us.

Customers can request redelivery (extra charges may apply).

8. Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct address with landmark and contact number.

We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

9. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond standard timelines, please contact us so we can escalate with the courier partner.

If a package is marked lost by the courier, we will either:

Send a replacement at no extra cost, or

Issue a full refund to the original payment method.
