2. Our Products (The "Dry Goods" Clause)
As our products are natural agricultural commodities, please note the following:

Natural Variance: Subtle variations in color, aroma, and texture are inherent to high-quality products and are not considered defects.

Allergen Notice: Our products are processed in a facility that also handles [e.g., Wheat, Gluten, and Seeds]. If you have severe allergies, please exercise caution.

Product Care: Upon delivery, the customer assumes responsibility for proper storage. To maintain freshness, keep all products in a cool, dry, and dark environment.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including product descriptions, unique spice blend names, branding, and imagery—is the exclusive property of Brahmamuhurta (Before Sunrise). You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
4. Service Availability (Delivery Areas)
The Company operates two distinct fulfilment frameworks to ensure logistical integrity and product freshness:
Standard Purchases: One-time, individual orders of products are generally available for fulfilment across our broader national logistics network. Serviceability for standard orders is confirmed at the point of checkout (Excluding - Arunachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Ladakh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland.)
Subscription Services: Our recurring delivery models are currently restricted to selected geographic zones (Pin Codes - 500084, 500033, 500110, 500045, 500034, 500081, 500003, 500016, 500026, 500032, 500082, 500038, 500073, 500015, 500009, 500011, 500067, 500100, 500094). This limitation ensures that our subscription-based logistics can maintain the strict delivery windows required for regular supply.

5. Subscription Options
To provide consistent freshness, we offer a recurring subscription model.
Flexibility: You have full control over your subscription. You may pause, modify, or cancel your plan at any time through WhatsApp, and our Agent will Guide You.
Deadlines: To avoid being billed for your next scheduled shipment, any changes to your subscription must be made at least [36-48] hours before the scheduled dispatch date.

6. Modular Packaging Policy
For the safety of our logistics team and for your convenience in storage and handling: Standard Packaging: All bulk orders of flour (e.g., 10kg, 20kg, or more) are packed in individual 5 kg packets. Rationale: This modular system ensures the product remains fresh in smaller batches and is easier to handle within a home kitchen environment.

7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

Use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Use any automated "robots" or "scrapers" to access our data.

Attempt to disrupt the website’s security or hosting infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability
We strive for perfection, but we provide our services "as is."

In any event, our total liability is limited to the actual amount paid for the specific product related to the claim.

9. Order Cancellations & Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, an unauthorized transaction, or a violation of these Terms. We may also terminate user access at our discretion if these policies are breached.

Shipping & Returns Policy

At Brahmamuhurta (Before Sunrise), we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we deal with food products, our policy is designed to ensure food safety while providing a fair resolution if something goes wrong.

1. The Return Window
You have 1 days from the date of delivery to report any issues with your order. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept inquiries beyond this window.

2. Condition of Items
To maintain strict hygiene and safety standards:

Dry Goods are only eligible for return or replacement if they are unopened, with the original seals and packaging completely intact.

Once a food item has been opened, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange due to health regulations.

3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, contaminated, or differs significantly from what you ordered:

The Process: We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the original product at no cost to you.

The Resolution: Once the original item is picked up/inspected, we will ship a complimentary replacement to you immediately.

Anti-Fraud Limit: To ensure the sustainability of our small-batch production, replacements for "defective" claims are limited to one (1) replacement per order and a lifetime maximum of two (2) claims per customer account. We reserve the right to deny replacement requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are considered Final Sale:

Any product where the safety seal has been broken.

Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Flash Sale."

Custom-milled flour or personalized spice blends.

5. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement for a defective item is out of stock. In such cases:

The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please allow 7-14 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

6. Enhanced Exchange Policy
We want you to have the right ingredients for your kitchen. If you ordered the wrong item by mistake (e.g., you ordered Whole Cumin instead of Cumin Powder):

Eligibility: The item must be completely unopened.

How it Works: Since we do not charge for return shipping, we ask that you place a new order for the correct item. You may then ship the incorrect, unopened item back to our warehouse. Once received and inspected, we will issue Store Credit for the item's value, which you can use on any future purchase.
